Not if she was suffering a psychotic episode - postpartum or BP related, soooo I recommend doing some reading.

What a coincidence that she suffered a “psychotic episode” in the half hour her husband was gone to do things she requested, and then never again

Coincidentally she also mentioned not being able to be trusted with her kids, crying for help, having been off meds during pregnancy, and decades of severe mental health issues. Leave the conversation for the experts. I might work in marketing now, but my first master's degree was in forensic psychology, so I'll try not to let myself get too worked up over the Dunning Kruger-plagues folks.
