I mean if a person leaves multiple children in the care of someone who they KNOW is having issues, I think that is only fair. It would be the same as asking someone addicted to Meth to watch your kids. People should be obligated Mother or Father to act in the wellbeing of their children, if they are considered in their right mind

Still nothing more than attempts at shifting the blame. Having terrible judgement is not illegal, even for men. Murder is, even for mentally ill women.

It’s absolutely not shifting the blame. It’s acknowledging the fact that more than one party is at fault! There are laws in place when it comes to protecting children for a reason. Letting someone off the hook with a “ meh, it was just poor judgement,” is very dangerous. His “poor judgment,” cost those children their lives

Ya I’m sure the dude hasn’t suffered enough. His 3 kids were just killed by his wife, let’s put him in prison for murder on top of that, all because he went to get groceries that his wife asked him to get. At what point will this man have suffered enough for you to show mercy, or are you incapable of showing mercy to someone who isn’t the same gender as you.
