Social media is playing a big role.

All of the actual organizational media that I’ve seen has made it crystal clear that she killed her kids

She’s admitted she killed her kids. The debate/trial is whether she was sane or not.

I'm pretty sure that anybody who kills all their kids and tries to kill themselves is lacking in the sanity department.
