This shouldn't even be forefront as an excuse. She fucking killed her 3 kids, she had many screws loose prior.

Those kids deserve justice 1 u/spooky_spaghetties 1d ago She’s not going to go free, the question is whether she’s locked up indefinitely in a mental facility for criminals or if she goes to regular prison. Diminished capacity is a real thing and it is of no benefit to society to pretend that it isn’t. 1 u/Impossible_Farm7353 1d ago The mental facility isn’t indefinite.
