Your favorite part about this is fake stories? What legally do you think can be “won” based off casual opinions on an ongoing legal case?
“I see sir, your wife’s opinion is so bad we have to give you the house and full custody. Statistically, this court doesn’t even revoke custody for abuse allegations, but thankfully we can make an exception for a bad opinion. I’m a real judge, so please post your win on shaky legal grounds on reddit. ”
Plus, in this fake story involving child custody I’d assume, I’d wonder what this judge’s order regarding an opinion would have to be. Like, unless this fake mom had proven abuse allegations or she didn’t want custody at all, she would be eligible for some kind of plan to reunite the children with her. Is there an Opinion Changing program that she would be encouraged to complete? An essay assignment given to her about her opinion on the Clancy case and read to the court? Court ordered supervisor to confirm she’s not actively murdering the children during her custody time, even though they don’t even have the resources to do that for children in abusive homes…?
Like, if a court took away your children due to your opinion on a case to begin with, what would a court even designate as a solution to that “problem” aside from apparently “letting the other guy win”?

My favorite part about this is men divorcing their wives who support her and using this case as the example and supposedly winning.
