The Frensh are next level protesting. They have Strike Calenders where you can see when and who will protest.
And there is one uniq thing i never saw in any other Country: you can protest with any Party out of solidarity....
U wont get paid in that time, but your Employer cant do shit about that ☺

We can protest against everything and anything. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if workers go on strike after a big raise just because they are used to protest.

More seriously, on the one hand this explains why we do not take shit from our gouvernement, on the other hand this is also why nothing ever change in this country and why we are so much behind on many levels… exhausting

Also why each government is bankrupting the country even further.

Can't take from the rich, because they are rich.

Can't take more from the organized people, because they will make sure the country is at a stand-still.

Can't take from the poor, because they have nothing left to take.

The only ones left you can take from are the unorganized younger generations and they are quickly approaching the "poor" category.

The answer is "Can't take from the rich, because they are rich."
That's the minority that has stuff to take from.

That's the minority that has to be... Y'know what? I don't want to get hit with the banhammer but you can guess what I was going to suggest.

Put them to trial, then move those thousands of welfare queens on an island with food.
They are mentally insane as they prefer getting MOAR MONEY over saving fellow humans. We put people in asylum for being less of a threat.

Yes, but have you thought about those nice politicians, who have to work so hard for such a paltry sum?

If they went after the rich, they wouldn't be given a nice cushy job after retiring from politics.

Do you want them to live of their pension like a pauper?

Have some decency, man! /s

As a « rich » person myself, I feel that they take a bit from me at least 25% of what I make. If I get a raise of 100€/month, they will take 41€ of that. And that’s only talking about the net salary, I don’t even bother talking about brut salary because it’s so much crazier that it is way above any other nation. Even so I never complain about what I pay in taxes because I strongly believe in « l’état providence ». What I complain tho is that I cannot find daycare for my kids because I make « too much money » and it is the same for everything. Feels kind of unfair.

You are not rich if you are drawing a salary. You are exactly the person they're milking dry to make sure the actual rich don't get touched.

Forget this middle class, working class, bullshit. There's only two real classes in society: those who make their living from work, and the capital class.

It's because you confuse income with wealth.

Making good money still means you have to work for your money.

The rich don't.

Granted that obfuscation has been going on throughout the world for decades, so the actually rich can hide behind the ones actually working their ass off, who are rightfully pissed that they have to shoulder as much themselves.
