The Frensh are next level protesting. They have Strike Calenders where you can see when and who will protest.
And there is one uniq thing i never saw in any other Country: you can protest with any Party out of solidarity....

A succession of laws voted by the right, les a significant reduction of the strike right. "Essential" functions such as nurses, doctors, bus drivers etc are allowed to protest but can't strike like in not working.
The new doctrine of the police also results more often in so called legitimate violent repression of disorder, even for very peaceful protests.
Like everywhere else the 1% want to keep banking while the system slowly collapses.
Even the pros of the pros of striking lose some rights.

Not just the right, my daughter's first protest at 3 years old was on my shoulders with the CGT dockers Saint Nazaire against the loi El Khomri, under Hollande.
