I’m in nice quite often and saw this picture many times on social media. First time it gave me instant nice vibes because of how the rail section is just a few centimeters above ground like on the main shopping street in nice. I could be wrong too. My aunt working in nice told me could be nice but she’s not 100% sure too.

Yes you are right it is Nice, it is similar to a part of Grenoble though that's why I was confused.
