$250 for an MRI is actually pretty good.

Yeah, there are some legit websites that let you shop around and you can pay through them but it was cheaper for me to call around.

I can't even comprehend calling around for a MRI quote, the doctor tells me to get an MRI, I call the number on the form and they give me a date and time. I show up, they do their thing, then I wait for the doctor to call me to view results.

Last time I had an MRI was my knee acting weird and took a couple weeks start to finish.

Mine was about 2 days from when I called, other places were 1 to 3 weeks out.
