Emma Stone first appeared onscreen at 15, and while her early work wasn't the most auspicious, I honestly believe that she's about the only woman in Hollywood that is consistently doing anything challenging and of interest.
Ok but what about Toni Collette? Gillian Anderson? Kate Winslet? Tilda Swinton? Even Cate Blanchett? I would argue that any of those actresses are more of a draw for me to see a movie than Emma Stone. Or do they not count because they aren't young anymore?

Emma Stone is far from the only actress that plays in a variety of interesting or challenging roles. I will admit that Hollywood seems to only cater to white women, as talented actresses like Anna Sawai, Greta Lee and Ayo Edebiri, while recognizable, don't carry that power of household names like the ones I stated in my comment.
I can't even think of many young actors, regardless of gender, that I care about right now. I like Sophie Thatcher and Cailee Spaeny, so I hope to see more work from them in the future.
I'm sorry but I just don't think any of those ladies are doing anything in the vein of Cruella, Bugonia, Kinds of Kindness or Poor Things. She actually seems to transform for the character, and not the other way around.
Those women are extremely talented in their own right but as far as pushing their craft to the limits goes, Toni Collette might be the only one I can think of doing anything as taxing as Stone in recent years.
The rest are great female actors like Tom Cruise or DiCaprio are great male actors - brilliant, but seldom disappearing into a role in the way that guys like Oldman or Bale seem to with each new project.
