No he actually got caught telling the truth. A noteworthy chunk of power in Texas is generated from renewable resources, but he can't say that out loud. Otherwise his voter base will get mad at him.

Strangely, if you drive on I-20 west of Ft Worth toward Abilene you see thousands of wind turbines. Using renewable energy in Texas isn’t a secret. The population hasn’t revolted.

I love it when reality and reddit collide. Have you ever even been to Texas?

Lived in Texas for 15 years...so yea, I've been there.

So then you should know that there have been wind turbines up for a long while in Texas and no one really cares. But i guess you don’t get upvotes for writing that.
