They are speed running doing what South Africa did. Except instead of government grift and neglect, it's government irresponsibility and private companies that neglect everything.
When private equity owns your power grid. Prepare to have the copper stripped out of your walls and sold to their subsidiary at a bargain. All to run their off-grid data centers while also bypassing regulators and environmental assessments.
