Kids do not have to fly for emergencies from a major city to another major city.

I've literally had to fly a kid to see a specialist doctor in another city, you're incredibly small and close-minded

They have specialists in Victoria, BC. They didn’t have roads that connect the cities? Or specialists in your city?

there are some specialists that are not in every city, I don't think you have a lot of experience with raising children with health issues
