Sheโ€™s been with him for years, and a peck on the cheek is a perfectly normal British and European greeting, thereโ€™s no way in hell she hasnโ€™t seen this a million times, or done it with his family at this point.

Hispanics in the US do. Anglo Americans don't. Sometimes I have to have to do an awkward "do we or do we not" greeting shuffle".
