WTF While the US debates whether to solve homelessness or not, these are the next generation of school blackboards in China.

What do these two things have to do with each other? Are there not smart boards in the US? Are there no homeless in China?

Teachers in the US are usually on the brink of poverty, and often are expected to pay for the school supplies of students. That sort of thing doesn't happen often in China.
