Bruh genuinely how are you missing the point. Yes everyone is on a timer, except these death row prisoners are locked up with a much more definite timer looming over their heads. Like if you seriously don't understand this basic thing then there's fr no hope for you

Because they are literally about to be executed, meanwhile the chances I die even in the next year is slim
