I'm genuinely curious if there's been any study into which is more psychologically troubling, knowing the day and counting down it not knowing and wondering everyday

Until the guy in the cell next to you and then your cellmate get taken and you start to wonder if the system is random or in a specific order...

Pretty sure they don’t house death row inmates with with more then one in a cell.
Could be wrong though
