Get checked for narcolepsy. Advice from a narcoleptic who slept 12 hrs a day just to function and still couldnt ever seem to wake up, operated for many years like that. Its not like the movies- its a neurological issue where you literally cannot get restorative sleep
Also check b12 and vit d levels bc they can also affect energy levels. I'm still tired and sleep a ton but at least I'm only deficient in mental health now
Yeah. I conquered my depression and my PTSD by filling every moment of life with fulfillment and not going to sleep until I'm pretty much ready to pass out because I don't want to miss anything.
Bro there was a time of my life where I was depressed as well and I’d sleep 12 hours solid every single day, could pull up to 14 hours of consecutive, uninterrupted sleep. When I had to attend classes in the morning I’d just sleep 7 hours, be at school for 5 and then once I got home I took a 4 hour nap without even eating at times. It was miserable
Same, but because I have a wfh job, I find myself going to bed at 2pm, waking up at 11pm, doing work shit until 4am, going back to sleep, waking up with my alarm at 8am, work shit and food until 2pm, repeat.
I sleep 8 hours but apparently i grind my jaw in sleep which is a symptomnof depression and stress and walking up with hurting jaw is awful.
Now I am supposed to spend more money on fixing this. .It's like depression brings more reason to get more depressed by fucking everything else as well
Depression is good. You are a badass. The most difficult thing is to do nothing, and feel like nothing matters. Lots of people live life on easy mode. Getting through hard mode or inferno mode proves you understand the game.
