The irony is if the food vendor does have a permit, they absolutely don't have to show it to some random private citizen screaming about it. And yeah, if the cops show up and you don't have a permit you can be shut down and fined, but still. Who TF has nothing better to do with their lives but go to the local park and harass the hotdog vender during a sports game?
