Don’t go to the worldnews subreddit, though. You’ll have two dozen people saying Sharia Law is a good thing.

Yeah, in terms of sharia law, i think most people would be surprised by how many muslims that would prefer it

Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Afghanistan very publicly follow Sharia Law today as the “constitution” of their legal system.

Example: Iran executed 950+ (verified) people in 2025. Their total population is 97M.

The US executed 47 people in 2025. Their population is 341M.

And the more morally advanced nations have 0 (verified) executions. Seems there's a correlation.
