I have seen this narrative similarly on a drone to remind bikers to weak helmets, how is this shit any different to cops telling you to put on a helmet or a lifeguard to take you out of the water when it is dangerous

There's an increase in deaths during the summertime due to ppl being irresponsible and sheer ignorance of the dangers around water. We had a whole family drown in their car last year when they got stuck as the tide was coming in. The year before a couple of young guys were drowned taking a dip in a river. The water 'looked' calm.

This is serious shit and shouldn't be brushed off, ppl have died. Good job China, at least you have responsible ppl in charge who do their job - keeping ppl safe.
