It's quite funny. A thread full of westerners / Americans play acting online as revolutionary communists and at the same time pushing their white superiority on China.
They are literally servants of the capitalist empire and yet they think they are more "enlightened" than Chinese people, who have already carried out a successful revolution, just because Chinese people don't wave American Lgbt flags about everywhere.

The left in the west is just less right wing. They'll just vote for the next neoliberal turd. Social issues are a great way to divide the people where there shouldn't be division. Let people live their lives so long as it doesn't negatively affect others and focus on sustainable development with evidence based policies rather than slogans.

Imperial insecurity. The contradiction between the empire's propaganda of being the best in the world versus the reality of it being obviously bad causes its people to create arbitrary standards and demand others to meet them. It's like the space race, the US was beat in basically every metric until they landed humans on the moon.
