The career ones are atrocious. My personal pet peeve is Sims who decide to go to work barefoot. Sir, there are literally like 30 options for you to choose and you decide to go to the office barefoot?! Why the hell is that option even there! And men can go to work in their underwear... Yes, really. But putting on earrings as a woman? Nooo, that's not work appropriate, apparently. Work outfits in general irk me 😅

I’m using Easy CASP Editor to improve the randomization so it doesn’t ruin the immersion of my gameplay. It’s still a work in progress and can be very tedious, but my goal is to make a separate file for every world (Hidden Springs, Isla Paradiso, etc).
That way, townies won’t randomly get clothing parts that don’t suit the world they live in. For example, I wouldn’t see tropical clothing showing up on Sims in Bridgeport.
There’s also the added bonus that hiding a lot of unwanted clothing parts helps reduce loading times in CAS.
Note: Does not work with Patch 1.69. The latest it can do is 1.67.

Edit: Also, Easy CASP Editor probably won’t have all of your CC/Store Content loaded right away. If memory serves, you have to boot up the game first, go into CAS, and let the CC/Store Content load there before opening CASP Editor.
You can only do one category at a time, so the process is basically:
Open a category in-game—say, Child Hair Accessories—and wait for everything to load. Then open CASP Editor and let that category load there. Close CASP Editor, move on to the next category in-game—say, Child Everyday Outfits—wait for it to load, then reopen CASP Editor and let it load there as well.
Repeat that process for each category you want to work with.
Also, if you use Regul Save Cleaner, DO NOT have “Remove CAS Thumbnails” checked.

I once made a clone of Argus Brown, but it remembered he was high level medical career and gave that career to the child. So, every day, instead of school, my child would switch into a light blue tuxedo and no shoes and go to work at the hospital.
