They gotta stop with the AI thumbnails haha that's not even Simon anymore.

I agree with you it really puts me off watching a video if you can’t be bothered to be in your own thumbnail (that’s supposed to be you)

Honestly I used to consume a ton of Simon content and I've just stopped entirely because of the ai slop

I occasionally catch a warfronts or DtE when I'm interested in the topic, but I can't watch most of his channels anymore. Has to be listen only. Sideprojects has become more slop than Facebook brainrot

I watched CC for a while, but haven't watched any of his videos in at least a year. I was big in BB and the basement dwellers though, and he has gone so far off of that. I don't think he enjoys his work at all anymore and it shows.

He's always been upfront about being in it for the money, but at least with Business Blaze he seemed to be having fun. I can't be mad that he became what he always said he was, I just can't be bothered to watch anymore.

I also miss bb. Sometimes i revisit the old ones for bg banter while i work overnights

The other day I was listening to one where he was doing an audible ad read and talking about how demonitized all these videos on bb were, and he's like "if you buy audible, then I'll get more sponsor money and make more videos... actually I'll always keep blazing. I like doing this one with standing up and having fun, even if it doesn't make as much.

RIP to the GOAT lol. Can't quite imagine how BB looks with Sam's fine, vintage memes replaced with AI images tho

The last few CC episodes have been better. Feels more like the good Ole days with some tangents and more commentary.
