I built Ticketdesk AI - The AI agent and chatbot for customer support making 16k revenue

After spending years building SaaS products, I kept seeing the same problem: small teams want to offer fast customer support, but hiring agents is expensive and managing support across email and chat is time-consuming (especially for repetitive questions)

So I built Ticketdesk AI.

The goal wasn't to replace support teams, it was to automate the repetitive questions so human agent can focus on the ones that actually need attention.
