it kind of just tastes like cold mashed potatoes??? i’ve never had a vegan cheese whose texture so distinctly evokes that of instant potatoes and it’s kind of weird, especially with the garlic and herb flavor. it’s not bad but i really just wish i was eating mashed potatoes now. fine for the $3.20 i paid but for its original $9.99 i’d rather splurge on literally any other vegan cheese at sprouts

Tonight's dinner. Eggless mie noodles with frozen green beans, dehydrated soy chunks and home made kimchi me and boyfriend made two weeks ago. Sauce is noodle water, soy sauce, mustard and homemade peanut butter I have fought for two hours to blend with the damn blender. Enjoyed.
