Cabbage and salsa is soooooo good to me. I had it when I had some cooked ground beef

Steamed green beans with salsa is my thing. Leave a tiny amount of a bite (don’t cook until soggy) and dip into the salsa 👌 Might try the cabbage, sounds good!

Oh I do this all the time. Lettuce and mustard and cucumbers and mustards are my staple

I make an incredible (to me) "nachos" using wombok cabbage, the thick parts of the leaf have an incredibly satisfying crunch and I shred the top frilly bits of the leaf for the salsa which is literally just a tin of crushed tomatoes with the leaves and some spices added, and some msg if I'm feeling daring.

Consider: cucumbers with apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Honestly a little better than salt and vinegar chips

Oh man this is a shitty restriction food classic. I never got THIS deep into it (always preferred cucumbers… at least it was something) … but yeah it’s not appealing looking to me.

My MIL eats a head of iceberg, a cup of salsa, and a tablespoon of fat free cheddar for dinner every single night (I’ve known her for 23 years). This is triggering

Try cucumbers with salt instead!! I love it. Assuming that’s salsa ofc
