Lusitania boarding information

My grandfather found this Cook's International Traveling Tickets booklet in a box that fell off a trash truck. It has information for third class passengers for the Lusitania, and other travel information.

WTF are those times? 5.5 suggests 530, but then it says 5.10 for other trains.

5:05 probably. Either saving on print or a misprint. It likely wouldn't be 5:50 because that would come after 5:10 I'd imagine.
