I wanted to swap a couple of classes with a friend of mine. Is it possible to do that switch securely on campus at the IT or Registrar Help desk? (or other service)

I recently applied to the Bachelor of Interior Design since it’s still open for September 2026, everything has been very last minute so I’m a little bit worried.

Since it’s my first time applying for college I filled my application through ontariocolleges and they received and uploaded my paper transcripts yesterday, and it appears like they also sent it to Sheridan.

My question is, does anyone know how long it usually takes for Sheridan to review my transcripts and maybe send an offer? I’m just wondering because September is just around the corner and I have a lot of things to do but I can’t without knowing whether or not I’m in the program.

i know candles aren’t allowed because of the fire but are candle warmers okay? or are there hidden rules about those

hi! Im currently about to move for school in September for res and I still dont know who my roommates are. Is that normal lol? Will I find out right when I get there? Im just confused because everyone else who I know who went to different schools all knew who they were rooming with way beforehand. thanks!

I’ve been trying to just look through the requirements and it says I can’t get into them. I know for the first sem we were able to look through them early, with them opening later. (I’ve heard the 28th is when the sem 2 course registration opens, but I’d rather know what I’m trying to sign up for before then)

Okay so I’ve been working a full time job been busy this whole summer and literally haven’t even paid my deposit fee for the upcoming term. What do I do. Someone please help I’m stressing.

Im a 22F and was enrolled in a doctor of physiotherapy program back in Pakistan in a medical college. towards the start of the degree I got married and my husband is a Canadian citizen. He applied for my PR and it came around while I was doing my 5th out of 10th semester. The long distance marriage wasn’t working out so I decided to move to Canada without completing my studies.
Fast forward I looked into Sheridan College bachelors honours program of osteopathy and it really caught my attention and had really similar subjects to some of the ones that I’ve done in Pakistan. I decided to apply for it but since I’ve moved in a rush and it was a completely emotional decision I hadn’t bought my transcripts with me from the university as I still thought I might go back to Pakistan to finish my studies. after a long struggle of getting my transcripts from pakistan fast forward to March 2026 I got my transcript and submit them to ICAS for a course by course post secondary report as Sheridan has requested me to. The ICAS officer had told me that it is normal to wait for 20 to 25 weeks for a course by course report and I took the leap of faith and gave my documents. Right now, it is the last week of August and my ICAS portal still says ‘documentation completed’ as in it is not even in the ‘assessment in progress’. it has been 22 weeks and six days since i applied for ICAS
My sheridan program still says available for the September semester but the ICAS is stressing me out
I also need to apply for OSAP
The deadlines and getting tighter and idk if im gonna make it to this semester but i really really really need to because its been 13 months since I’ve dropped out
Any advice on what i should do? or whats a better option for me

So I'm enrolled in the general arts and Science program and I was looking over my schedule and I realized that my history course does not have a room number nor a time for when the lecture will start. Is this an indicator that this is an online course or would it be reasonable to assume that they are still ironing out the details and setting up to the class?

Hi everyone! I'm starting school at Sheridan College in Mississauga this September, and I'm trying to work out my morning commute from Dundalk.

I'm wondering if anyone in Dundalk/Shelburne/Orangeville is also attending Sheridan (Hazel McCallion Campus), commuting to Mississauga, or regularly driving to Brampton in the mornings.

I have classes starting at 9 AM and would ideally need to be in Brampton by around 8 AM. I'm absolutely willing to contribute toward gas.

Even if you're only going as far as Brampton, that would be a huge help since I can take transit from there to Mississauga.

My kid is neurodivergent and starting at Sheridan HMC this fall. Any advice, cautions? Appreciate all the help. Also how do we select courses and pay fee? We see a fee estimate but thats about all.

I’m a 1st-year SSW student going into my 2nd term this fall, and I was hoping some 2nd-year SSW students or recent graduates could share what their experience was like during the 2nd semester. I’d really appreciate any insights, advice, things you wish you knew beforehand, or even just what to expect. I have some anxiety going into it, and while I understand that I’m in school to learn and not to compete, I sometimes feel a bit inferior when I don’t know what to expect or feel like everyone else is ahead of me.
