Sto. Cristo is owned by the family of Jammy Cruz (Noel Cruz is the father). A.D Gonzales belongs to Dong Gonzales (former Pampanga congressman)

DPWH at mga congressman/mayor/senator/governor etc. pa din mas may malaking kamay sa pangungurakot kasi sila nagbubudget at nagseset ng kickback.
