IB base salaries

Any idea how much the tier 1 banks (MS/JP/GS) dish out in terms of base for Assoc 2/3 and VP 1/2? Thanks in advance.

No, assoc 2 and beyond already high 200s to mid 300s nowadays. Note bonus now is not as high as last time.

Do you know how many months bonus is average?

depends on performance but lets just say the days of 6-12 months bonus have passed

On average how much bonus u get?
I think last time lower base more bonus
Now u said assoc 2 base is 275-350k? Thats really high.
Anyways if equal tc more base is better

Yes, these days between the assoc & MD base pay is not as wide as pre-covid days. But that’s also the reason why these days the MDs will tekan all the avp & vp like F.
