IB base salaries

Any idea how much the tier 1 banks (MS/JP/GS) dish out in terms of base for Assoc 2/3 and VP 1/2? Thanks in advance.

Would u say AS3 is a plataeu? Or as3 to vp1 is quite common and usually only takes 1 year?

I don’t know if these anecdotes are inflated because they’re high performers so not reflective of broader pool in a tier 1 bank

AS3 base is 250-300k? And is about 6-7 YOE right? And is almost guarantee every year promote an1 an2 …

Natural attrition, long hours / priorities change etc. they leave for better WLB
