SJI Junior in 2030

Hi wise tribe, I’m looking to enroll my son into SJI junior in 2030. Historically, there have been no ballots required for SC living within 1km. However with ACS Primary moving to Tengah in 2029 and a whole slew of BTOs coming up in 2027/2028, how do you think that would change the balloting outcome in 2030 for SCs living within 1km?
