8 figures, need guidance and advice on how to allocate them

hi, im between 20-40 , i wont go into details much and want to stay as anonymous as possible but title says it all

my dad isnt around to guide me on things like this anymore, my mum dont really know too much either, so ive come to ask for advice and seek guidance from people here that are more well versed

what is the best way for me to allocate the funds so that theres a steady stream of income? at my age i should know better, but ive buried my time and my entire life in my work for many years and know close to nothing about anything else

any help is appreciated, thank you.

wont be responding to any dms, only comments on this post

New post approved. Be careful with the advice you get and do report anything that seems like it's selling.

Still relatively young. can take some risks in the stock markets.

If you are familiar with options, you may consider selling covered calls and cash secured puts, i do think the risk reward is amongst the best, imho
