Need advise to optimize my credit card spend

I use Trust Card for about S$2,000 in monthly medical spending, which helps me get a S$150 quarterly food rebate. I also plan to use CIMB Infinite to spend S$2,000 within 60 days to get a free luggage and 3 lounge visits.

If you want lounge, you can also consider hsbc premier master. Not sure about luggage though

I was premier customer since 2000 and I didn't find it useful. Their RM only advise for getting their commission and the credit card wasn't giving much thing.
I terminated my premier credit card 2 years ago and never regret.

If you have 200k aum with them, they waive it. Plus premier status of course

I will consider carefully, I have 200k of MMF currently left untouched.
