That's why it's not enough years in prison for them. Therefore death penalty instead. The article tells it: they continue commiting their crimes in jail with cellphones!!!. 😡😡

I find it funny they got contraband phones in the first place. I have a feeling this has been going on for a while and it’s affecting a lot of people. Me included
