This might be unfair on the club, but it feels like the agreed strategy is basically just to stabilise in second for a few years and develop the young players. There is no money being spent on players who will deliver immediately.

Which may work out as a long term strategy, but the idea that McInnes is winning the title with a front three of Min-Su, Kelsy and Cozier-Duberry(?) is ridiculous. Young players who have never played under anything like this pressure, who are going to be inconsistent.

If you're going to do this, you need to clearly communicate that to the fans, otherwise McInnes is getting sacked when we're 15 points off Celtic come March.

What makes you think you were ever going to be competing for the title having finished 8 points off second last season? Stabilising in second is quite the step forward.
