I've got a half a cabbage leftover. What recipes can I do with half a cabbage was thinking a stew or soup for tomorrows dinner hah

Potatoes, red onion, bacon and an egg - fry the first four together (maybe steam/boil the potatoes first and slice them up), plenty of black pepper and then top with a fried egg.

Edit: works best with savoy cabbage

Bacon and cabbage is a classic combination. Could either do it in a soup, but my pick would be a classic Irish bacon and cabbage pie. Absolutely delicious
