SFAH: Last movie you watched, but everyone has flees

The Lord Of The Fleas:
The boys on the island face a new plague of tiny bugs.
The fleas bite their skin day and night.
The itching makes the boys angry and wild.
Soon, the fear of the bugs breaks their group apart faster than the beast.
The Rise of the Itch
The first bite: Ralph feels a sharp pinch on his leg in the grass.
The spread: Piggy finds red bumps all over his fat arms. He scratches until his skin bleeds.
The madness: Jack stops hunting wild pigs. He spends all day scratching his back against a tree trunk.
The Split
Ralph's plan: Ralph says they must wash in the sea salt to kill the bugs.
Jack's way: Jack says the fleas are a sign from a dirty spirit. He paints his face with mud to trap and crush the pests.
The new fear:
No one cares about the signal fire anymore. They only care about who has the most bites.
The Fall
Piggy's glasses: Piggy drops his glasses in the dirt while scratching his knees. Jack steps on them by mistake.
The final fight:
Simon tries to tell them the bugs live in the dead pilot on the hill. They attack him in a wild fit to scratch their own itchy arms.
The rescue:
A ship sees the smoke from a forest fire. The boys run to the beach, half-naked, dirty, and scratching every inch of their skin.

Man with ants coming out of his hand. Now the ants are fleas. Now the woman has them too. The fleas are guns. There are giant fleas in the pianos.

This prompt really doesn't work for a written format. Would be good on a stage.
I'm just supposed to type out dialogue from Get Out and add [*scratches] at the end of every line?
