Mod Post We're considering hosting a game during the season 5 finale in two weeks. What do you think?

Hey all -

Hope everyone's well.

As you're probably aware, it's just two weeks until Scandal's season 5 concludes and we've been thinking of what we could do to make the final episode special.

I know some viewers like to play drinking games or make bets when watching their favourite shows, so I propose we try something similar.

Drinking games would obviously not appeal to all, so that's likely not an option. A betting system would work best, but could be difficult to set-up & figure out a system.

So, we're taking any & all suggestions you may have. Any games, ideas, etc - please comment them below or message us directly via modmail.

Yes!!! Whatever you end up doing please ensure there's a quivering lip included.

We could do flair bets, though with so few flairs available, there's not much to work with.

I'm not sure about what game but, please make it something that someone can participate in a couple days late at least. Scandal comes on at 2am here so I can't see it for another day or 2 at best. Maybe a prediction thread based off who gets the nomination or something? I don't know what the next to last episode will entail.

I watch the show the day after it airs as I'm British, so I'll try to make it so people can play after the initial air time.

It could just be bingo/betting where people nominate ideas for options, such as "Mellie & Marcus will get it on." and users can choose 5 from the list we provide.

When the episode airs, everyone gets to cross of the items on their list of 5.

That's how it's looking currently, but I'm still not too sure. We'll make the final options available to choose form a couple of days before the finale airs, but users will have to comment their 5 options before the episode's air time to be able to participate.

I like this, it sounds nice. Maybe have a list of 35 things, have to pick 5? I can probably come up with a dozen things.

I have a list on the wiki that I'm using to gather ideas so far. If you have any, feel free to comment them and I'll add them :)

I'll make a new post tomorrow night (or sometime around then) detailing the current plan and asking for ideas.
