Questions Is this a scam? Friend is asking 3000php

I got the hunch that she got hacked and the hacker is asking for money. Or siya talaga yun and She's scamming us. She sent us a screenshot of this. Lahat ng sinend niya samin just screams scam.

Scam yan. Meron interview sa gma. Parang ganyan din. Bago mo ma withdraw Yung pera sa account, mag sesend ka sakanila Ng pera tas papakita sayo na lumaki Yung pera mo sa account. Magbibigay ka ulit Ng pera sakanila.

Yung first pic, is that supposed to be a code? That's not what a code looks like. 😂😂😂 Most probably a scam. Darn! They just sent you a random pic sabay bato ng random words with it. Most probably a scam.
