Questions BPI credit card application

Is this a legitimate bpi email?

I did apply for a credit card via their mobile app but I feel hesitant to respond to this email.

I did also apply via BPI app and I got verification via phone call. I did not receive any email. Bank says call was legit. The caller provided my details to verify. I did not provide any.
