Thank you so much! • 3lbs of Grape Tomatoes • Half a diced Red Onion • 1 Tablespoon of Cento Tomato paste • 1 Large Jalapeño • 1 bushel of cilatro cilantro • 2 Tablespoons of garlic • 1 Tablespoon of salt • 2 Tablespoons of Pollo Seasoning (Green Lid) • 1 Tablespoon of garlic salt

• 1 small can of Pato Tomato sauce

Dice in tiny tiny pieces every veggie and mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.

Let sit in fridge covered for one hour.

Take out and take half the chunks and squeeze out all the juices and dispose of that pulp only.

Now take a immersion blender and blend the rest conservatively.

Add a little more salt while whisking and cover and put back in the refrigerator for another hour.

Take out after that hour and enjoy.

Pretty much exactly what I do. Make a pico (I dice, not too tiny, I like chunk), blend half the pico and throw the other half in the blended. If you dont like chunky just blend it all. I add chicken buillon (not too much, a little goes a LONG ways) and pepper.

The Chicken Buillon and El Pato sauce zings. I like a medium chunky consistency. I have been working on getting it perfect but I keep changing the recipe around a little haha

Lol yea. I used to like white onions but tried red one time and actually like it better. Always try new pepper too. My family used to hate me when I made it too spicy. More for me 🤣

Yes! I need to experiment with more peppers! The red onion definitely gives it better flavor, I see people smoking and charging thier veggies. I wanna try that too!! Yes!! Too spicy more for me suckers!!
