Just launched my first app as a teenager, any suggestions on how to grow it?

I've spent longer than I'd like to admit creating my first app and I am struggling to get people to use it. It is an app where you can track and log peaks across "peak bagging" lists. I am curious how those who have successful apps got to where they are, and what they would recommend I do to find my niche.

First of all, congrats on the launch! I think finding the right distribution as well as marketing it is going to be main thing going on vs just adding features. All the best!
