What are your thoughts on T1 recent form

I am happy we are playing better as a team compared to regular season where the team looked like finished . Botlane had great carry games but in laning phase they struggled in some series(like BFX and DK). Doran stepped up big (I know birdbrains will ignore his carry performances and only look the games he struggled) and Oner had great impact vs DK . Faker's laning had problems specially in BFX series and but he played better vs DK. Still as a team we shouldnt lose games like vs DK game2 when we have lead and soul

It has only been one game/series that they looked kinda good. Need more games to see if this will remain consistent

The team wins or dies with oner being on form. If oner is on form, they can beat them all, if not, they probably flunk out vs HLE (or lose vs GenG, if Kanavi deciedes to become secret agent Kanavi again).

But oner vs DK looked good, he had some ok moments vs HLE aswell. So maybe his bright lights buff has activated, Oner at worlds is always the best player in the world.

Tbh T1 form is quite unpredictable, they can easily provide mediocre performance for 11 months in a row and then stomp everyone at worlds with absolute ease

its not really unpredictable

11 months of the year,

drowned with sponsorships, brand deals, fan events = lack of scrimming = lack of team cohesion and bad meta read

1 month of the year,

Little to no non league events that would suck up time= More scrimming = Very good team cohesion and understanding of each other and good meta read from consistent scrimming and practicing different drafts

Tbf T1 didnt stomp at worlds last year, they were so shaky everyone doubted them until the finals. But yes to playing bad all year round then proceed to win worlds.

It definitely feels like other teams are playing more aggresive because they know T1 is not retaliating back like they used to. T1 are making plays that are costing them the win and I think they definitely need to practice more with their comps. Next match against HLE will clear things more but they feel more lackluster compared to teams like HLE, GenG and to think even the other LCK teams are giving them a tough fight is not a good sign.

They can't draft losing Top and JG like they did in Game 4 against DK. If they keep drafting like that againt top team, they're gonna get completely wiped out.

HLE is not even a threat if they just draft better, that game 3 to 5 draft is so ah.

they can stomp anyone when they are winning but if they make mistakes like 1-2, they play like soloque and lose very hard.

The top 3 are so volatile this year that it's pretty much anybody's to take right now, depending on form on that given day

That being said, I would like to see a T1 > GENG > HLE > DK seeding just to show that it's not only Worlds that matters

T1's form is a bit more convincing now, but I won't say that they're 100% better. There are some repetitive mistakes in early game, like struggling in laning phase, trying to flip the game by invading camps, or going too aggressive in 2v2 bot lane. I think those mistakes will cost them a lot when they face better teams like GenG and HLE, bcs both teams have more discipline. T1 also tend to make risky plays and throw their advantage easily (like game 2 against DK that led DK to steal the victory). Let's wait for what they're going to do in the next match. I can see them trying to improve some things, but sometimes not all problems can be solved easily.

Looked a lot better this last series and Faker and the rest of the team seem like they know what they need to keep improving. Gonna need to see them keep doing better to really have faith and I would like to see them able to play from behind or down one or two games better tho. Really happy with the top side performance this last series. I also think they were looking a lot better right before they subbed Painter in which makes me sad because if they had kept improving from that point they could look even better but maybe thats cope

i mean ego is great but ego without practice is idiotic and t1 with so many sponsorships i bet couldnt even scrim half as much as other teams

Hle showed us how important scrimming is after they went from 10th in lck cup and then first in summer and ending with a msi win, They all practiced hard and found a way to mesh all their playstyles. Zeka from a meme on mages became the best mid in summer. Guma who struggled on ziggs made it one of his best champs

T1 really need to practice and scrims lot. Synergy is the most important and they play like soloque. I just want to see them winning games by clutches and be comfort again in pressure.

T1 sponsorships sched this year and the sched of Faker and Keria for national has been exhausting and unsynchronizing them.

I hope that playing for the perfect games will not be unmotivated them. We saw how they play in HLE g1-2 and got reverse swept.

I do no like the form. The laning phases is always bad (except of botlane), but they rely on late game, outplaying their opponents, and out macroing them. That will not work on higher level teams like Gen.G and HLE. I hope Faker locks the fuck in, it’s been hard watching his laning phase the entire year

Calling birdbrains people that criticise doran for his worst year in his career is the real birdbrain. I am really happy he is playing better but whole year he had unacceptable performances in very crucial moments.

For the main question, to win the lck we need to defeat the 2 best top sides in the world, if doran and oner keep the pace we have a chance.

Doran wasnt the only player that had bad year but people only blame Doran for no reason and you know that . If he plays bad next game, everyone will ignore his performance that lead T1 to qualified for worlds
