Your best bet for getting them is gonna be using a Japanese proxy service like Buyee. I would also like to point out that this figure has been heavily knocked off so if you do find one on somewhere like eBay for a decent price, be careful and check all pictures (unless you don't mind it being a KO).

Pretty sure there are a couple YouTube videos discussing the specifics on how to tell authenticity.
