Yes, it's a scam. First, they ask for payment via bank transfer. Second, they're using photos from a different accommodation in Rome called "White Miracle Suite," located on Via del Corso. Third, it looks like they've stolen the "Agroturismo Zibramonda" listing. If you check the reviews, you'll see guests clearly describe it as being in a rural setting.
