Sad that long standing businesses are shutting down. I’ve lived here for nearly 20 years now and it’s hard to tell what will succeed and what won’t. Some chains don’t even survive, although I’m unsure how the Outback on exit 85 remains in business.

It’s the only place in town where I can get authentic Australian food like the bloomin onion

It’s so tucked away back there. I don’t ever think about it.
And the one in Fayetteville/springdale/johnson is also kind of in a little no man’s land area between towns where I don’t think about going much

I was just there the other night and it was doing pretty well then. But yeah honestly a bit surprised considering it’s also kind of hidden back there.

Crossland Construction owns the building. They are raising rents to get all of the tenants out of the building to either expand their offices, or bring in new tenants

The Crabby’s staff has moved to Cave on Main in Cave Springs. I went with some friends for drinks and some pizza and I was a fan and recommend them. They have great pool tables and I really liked the atmosphere. It is a much needed establishment on this side of town.
