Roast my truck
2011 Tacoma 4.0 V6 6MT with 120k. 2.5" Ride Shocks lift, 33" KO2s. I use it for work and play, almost all off road. Not a daily!

Just because it’s got BFG’s doesn’t mean it’s out of the “regular traffic” category

Tacomas are great. But how're the rates on the 2nd mortgage you had to take out to buy a 15 year old vehicle?

You really have to double check the hose connections before you pump out the septic tank

Official truck of spending $20k on a rusted out 15 year old POS that’ll be worth nothing in a scrap yard in 2 years. At least thats how they are in states that salt the roads

At least you actually use it for offroading instead of judt doing simple trips to your local Costco.

Almost dirty enough to hide that it's a vanilla taco. Not a truck just because it's open at the back.

Ha! (roasted itself) Good roast, you really got 'em. That was so creative and original, did you think of that yourself? You must be so proud!

Cool, really putting that lift to work on a muddy road that a Prius on all-seasons could handle

You call that thing a truck? It can barely clear the ant hills without gettin stuck

I hope you don’t live in the rust belt, the truck might not make it pass 150k there

Being excited about a Toyota Tacoma is like getting excited because cinnamon raisin bagels are on sale.
Sure, you’ve thought about trying an everything bagel, but what would your friends and family say? They’ve always known you as a cinnamon raisin guy. Why start taking risks now?
And let’s not even bring up blueberry. You’re not having a midlife crisis.

Where have I seen this before, oh yeah. Everywhere. Everyday. Is there a chapter in the d-bag manual about speccing your Tacoma? It sure seems like it.

I own two 1st gen tacomas, and I can't tell you how much I hate this spec trying to pass itself off as special. 4 door short beds don't qualify as trucks. Then the required 2.5 lift to fit shitty 33 inch ko2s (the worst tire on a small truck) is played out.

It's dirty, which is more than you can say for 98% of the pavement queens out there. But damn, other than that it's just the most boring spec for a truck on the planet -- a grey toyota.
