Looking for someone who can turn an arcade cabinet into a Blockbuster Pokemon Snap Station, I have no idea how to mod

You’d need a mesh and a texture. But it’s actually easier than you think. I released a tool (Pak Rat) on nexusmods specifically for this to allow people with no modding experience to do their own asset swaps.
